Recontour Your Body
If you are a man or woman who is looking to change the appearance of your face, the following procedures may be right for you.
Fluctuations in weight, growing older, and heredity can cause your upper arms to have a drooping, sagging appearance.Arm lift surgery may be right for you if your upper arms are sagging or appear loose due to excess skin and fat.
Everyone has stubborn areas of fat that diet and exercise do not reduce. Liposuction is a surgical technique that improves the body’s contour by removing excess fat that have accumulated between the skin and muscle, leaving you with a more countoured outline.
Labiaplasty is a surgical procedure to trim and shape the vagina’s inner lips (labia minora), outer lips (labia majora) or both. Surgery on the labia can be as a reduction and can improve the appearance of an abnormal labis due to genetics or childbirth.
A Tummy Tuck, also called an Abdominoplasty is a popular cosmetic surgery procedure used to tighten overly stretched abdominal muscles and skin in an effort to achieve a smoother, flatter appearance, whether stretched by factors such as weight gain, weight los, or pregnancy.
A Mommy Makeover is designed to reverse the changes that a woman’s body might experience during pregnancy and childbirth. After having children, the breast can become smaller and women can develop loose skin and stretched abdominal muscles that do not respond to diet and exercise.

Frequently Asked any
Before your procedure, prepare a list of questions to ask your surgeon. This will help ensure that you’re well-informed about your procedure and that you understand what to expect during recovery.
Ask about how long it should take to recover after surgery, how much pain you’ll experience, whether any follow-up appointments need scheduling, and what medications you’ll need to take afterward.
It’s also important to ask about potential risks associated with your procedure, as well as issues related to anesthesia and other medications that might be used during or following surgery.
While many people think they’ll look like they just stepped off a magazine cover after their cosmetic procedure, this isn’t always true. Depending on the type and extent of your surgery, you may have some swelling or bruising. Your incisions will also be tender, but they’ll heal very quickly. You may have a bandage over your incision site for a few days, but most patients have stitches removed between three and seven days after surgery.
It’s important to eat well before and after your procedure. The day before your surgery, eat light food — no red meat, sweets, or dairy products — and drink plenty of water so you’re well hydrated. On the day of your surgery, don’t eat or drink anything after midnight. Your doctor will tell you what you can eat when it’s time for solid food again (usually 72 hours after surgery).
To avoid any serious complications, don’t smoke and consume alcoholic beverages for at least 48 hours before your scheduled surgery.
