Every patient’s recovery process is different. Minimally invasive procedures like facial surgery tend to involve less pain and a faster recovery time. Your surgeon will discuss the healing process for your procedure(s) in detail prior to your surgery and will prescribe appropriate pain medications to help minimize discomfort.

For any surgical procedure, there is always some risk of complications. Patients may reduce these risks by carefully following the pre- and post-surgery instructions provided by your surgical team to offer the best chance of a healthy recovery.

Insurance companies do not typically cover the costs of cosmetic procedures unless the surgery relates to a disease, illness, or injury where reconstruction is considered medically necessary.
