Botox is the most common medical cosmetic treatment. As people age, the effects of gravity and stress of daily life can be seen on their faces. Botox does not stop this process, but it can return youthfulness to your face. It is most commonly used to treat wrinkles such as forehead lines, “crow’s feet” and frown lines for patients of any age. Botox “paralyzes” the injected muscle so that muscles you use to squint or frown are no longer able to contract.

Age imposes many changes on our bodies, some welcome but others unwelcome. Wrinkles, lines and sagging skin on your face are changes most men and women would rather do without. Dermal fillers address the depletion of collagen and subcutaneous fat (under the skin) that occurs as we age, and can also be used to restore skin harmed by sun exposure, scarring, disease or other trauma. Juvederm XC wrinkle treatment can successfully smooth away your “smile lines” (wrinkles running from the side of your nose to the corners of your mouth), Juvederm can also be used to smooth lines on the forehead, around the eyes or around the lips. You will see immediate improvement in areas treated with Juvederm. Most patients need only one treatment to achieve optimal wrinkle reduction, and results lasting up to one year. Juvederm addresses the loss of tissue volume beneath the skin to help rebuild your skin’s foundation, thereby removing and reducting the creases in your skin.

Juvederm Ultra XC adds more fullness and plumps thin lips—whether your lips have thinned over time or you simply want fuller lips.
The Juvederm Ultra XC gel is injected into areas of facial tissue where moderate to severe wrinkles and folds occur (most often around the nose and mouth). The injected gel adds immediate volume and restores a smoother appearance to the face with the NEW added comfort of 0.3% Lidocaine!

Juvederm Voluma XC injectable gel is a smooth, colorless hyaluronic acid (HA) gel that contains a small quantity of local anesthetic (lidocaine).
Juvederm Voluma XC is injected into the cheek area using a small needle. It temporarily corrects volume in the cheek area and gives the appearance of a more youthful, smoother skin surface.

The Restylane family of products Clinique Dallas offers are Restylane, Restylane Lyft, Restylane Silk, Restylane Defyne and Restylane Refyne.
Restylane can be used to add volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as the lines from your nose to the corners of your mouth (nasolabial folds). Restylane works immediately by adding volume to smooth away wrinkles. A clear gel formulation of hyaluronic acid, Restylane is specifically formulated to act like your body’s own hyaluronic acid, and eventually breaks down naturally.

Restylane and Restylane L are for mid-to-deep injection into the facial tissue, they can be used to add volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as the lines from your nose to the corners of your mouth (nasolabial folds). Restylane may also be used for lip enhancement in patients over 21 years.
Restylane Silk has recently been approved for release in the United States! It’s the first and only FDA-approved product specifically designed for subtle lip enhancement and the smoothing of wrinkles and lines around the mouth in patients over 21 years of age. Restylane Silk is designed specifically to provide natural-looking results in these areas. That’s why it’s made of smaller, smoother particles than those used in other Restylane products.
Restylane Lyft is approved by the FDA for cheek augmentation and the correction of age-related midface contour deficiencies in patients over the age of 21. This is in addition to treating moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds (smile lines).
Restylane Refyne is designed to help soften laugh lines (nasolabial folds and marionette lines). This can help you restore a more natural look to your face while maintaining your facial expressions.
Kybella is a prescription medicine used in adults to improve the appearance and profile of moderate to severe fat below the chin (submental fat), also called “double chin.”
It is not known if Kybella is safe and effective for use outside of the submental area or in children less than 18 years of age
KYBELLA is the only FDA-approved injectable treatment that destroys fat cells under the chin to improve your profile.
Facial fat transfer or grafting is a minimally invasive rejuvenation procedure which allows us to sculpt and restore the face to its natural youthful beauty. Fat grafting has been in existence for many years, and we have seen for years that fat injected into the face has corrected problems with wrinkles, loss of facial volume secondary to generalized facial atrophy, fat atrophy, decrease in bony size, and other aging effects. Fat harvested from your body can be an effective means for filling in deep facial lines, nasolabial folds, and sunken eyes. It may be performed in conjunction with face-lifting to address both major causes of facial aging: sagging and deflation. The sagging is corrected by the facelift, and the fat that has been lost with age is replaced to create the most natural and youthful look possible. Your own fat is extracted by means of liposuction and injected deep within the structures of the face to accentuate the cheekbones, mid-face, lips, cheeks, chin, nose, temples and jawline to reshape the face. About 40-50% of the fat will be permanent, some patients may benefit from an additional grafting . The procedure uses minimally invasive methods and requires minimal downtime.
