Here at Clinique Dallas | Medspa & Laser Center, we have a world-renowned laser made by Sciton ™, called the Sciton JOULE ™, which provides the widest array of aesthetic procedures available from a single, scalable system. It is the world’s first platform to accommodate three different modes of delivery: articulated arm, fiber, and broadband light.
Our Sciton JOULE ™ includes eight different laser and light modules, and will also accommodate any future modules yet to be developed.

BBL ™ for Acne
The shorter wavelengths of BBL ™, in the blue-light spectrum, attack p-acne bacteria on the surface and in the sebaceous gland. Along with a home skincare program designed for acne-prone skin, you can experience significant long-term clearance.
The treatment is simple, quick, pain-free, and requires no downtime. It is appropriate for mild to moderate acne. Our BBL ™ is especially effective in women who experience localized acne on their chin with their hormonal cycle, adult hormonal acne for men and women, as well as teenage acne.
Forever Young BBL ™
Forever Young BBL ™ is an innovative technology that uniquely delivers light therapy targeting the signs of aging and sun damage and effectively provides a
more refreshed, rejuvenated, and youthful appearance.
A long-term clinical study proved that patients who received regular Forever Young BBL ™ treatments over the course of a decade looked younger than they had before beginning their BBL ™ treatments. This is a noninvasive and gentle procedure with virtually no downtime. In most cases, you can apply makeup and resume most of your normal activities immediately.
SkinTyte ™
The SkinTyte ™ procedure utilizes broadband light energy to deeply heat dermal collagen.
The heat initiates the body’s natural healing process which creates a renewed collagen foundation leading to increased skin firmness. SkinTyte ™ treatments are safe for all skin types and can be performed on any area of the body where an improvement in your skin firmness is desired. Popular areas include the face, neck, abdomen, and arms. It is not a substitute for a facelift and is recommended for those who desire moderate, noticeable skin improvements without having to undergo surgery.

Contour TRL ™
The Contour TRL ™ (Tunable Resurfacing Laser) is a full-field skin resurfacing solution, capable of a wide variety of treatment options. From a shallow NanoLaserPeel ™ (up to 50µm of ablation) to deep resurfacing (up to 200µm of ablation per pass, with or without variable depth coagulation), the Contour TRL ™ gives the technician exquisite control over desired outcomes.
Primary treatments include mild to deep wrinkles, acne scars, post-traumatic and surgical scars, pigmented lesions, and poor skin tone/texture.
ProFractional ™
ProFractional ™ is Sciton’s solution for achieving excellent resurfacing results with minimal downtime. Unlike full field resurfacing which removes the entire surface area of a treatment site, ProFractional ™ ablates narrow-diameter channels into the skin, covering a fraction of the total treatment area. This action initiates the body’s wound-healing response
while leaving the surrounding tissue intact for rapid healing. The benefits of ProFractional ™ include increased patient comfort, shorter healing times, and tunable results that can range from subtle to dramatic. This treatment is ideal for acne scars, stretch marks, mild to moderate wrinkles, and post-traumatic or surgical scars.
Halo ™
The newest and greatest resurfacing treatment that we offer is the Halo ™. It is the world’s first Hybrid Fractional Laser. It combines the best attributes of both non-ablative and ablative fractional laser treatments. Halo ™ uses a combination of 2940 nm Er: YAG to deliver 100% pure ablation between 0 to 100 microns into the epidermis and 1470 nm diode
to deliver 100% coagulation between 100 to 700 microns to the dermis and epidermis. This gives Halo ™ the unprecedented ability to provide separate treatments to the epidermis and dermis in the same treatment spot. When less than 100 microns of ablation are used, the epidermis regenerates within 24 hours, giving patients very minimal downtime from normal activities. Clinical studies of the Halo ™ have shown remarkable improvement in texture and pigmentation in 1-2 treatments.
ClearScanYAG ™
Finally, we offer laser hair removal and treatment of veins and other vascular lesions with our ClearScanYAG ™ module. The 1064 nm Nd: YAG wavelength and pulse duration are unmatched for permanent hair reduction and vascular lesions from telangiectasias to reticular leg and facial veins. The selective 1064 nm wavelength has strong
absorptionin oxyhemoglobin and melanin, resulting in the selective heating of veins and hair follicles, which produces excellent clinical results. The powerful contact cooling enables treatments to be safe for all skin types and tanned skin.
